New Product: Enabling on demand space rental
The demand for space is set to rise significantly from the timing of the full recovery from COVID-19. Landlords and operators are awakening to the new trends of workspace usage with more investments in the development of flexible working space. The increase in the supply of work space creates a need for operators to find a better way to manage and connect new spaces to the rising demand. Assetbozz's new product is designed to help operators catalogue their space inventory and connect them to external marketplaces where users can instantly book and check-in online, without the need for human intervention
New Interface: Catalogue your space inventory
We developed a centralised reservation system (booking engine) so that you can allow internal members as well as external visitors to access your space for on demand booking. There will be settings to allow for rental by the hour or day, as well as options to choose the entire space or for a single seat. We also allow for different tier pricing so you can adjust the rate for your members and non-members
Show your spaces: Share a branded URL of your space
When you invest in your next marketing campaign, you can now copy and paste a share URL that your audience can visit to book and pay for their booking. Assetbozz digitally manages the calendar of your spaces so the user can have a seamless experience when they make a booking, without the need to wait for confirmation on availability
