New feature: Notification center
The notification function on HomeBozz enables users to broadcast announcements and notifications through email or SMS to their tenants. With access directly to the contacts from our built-in CRM, you can select multiple recipients to broadcast directly to instead of sending them from your email or messaging apps. New use case: AssetBozz has been implemented at a Hong Kong co-working space this month.
With over 25,000 sqft. overlooking the victoria harbour in Hong Kong, this prestigious co-working owner/operator has completed their implementation of Homebozz. Their co-working members can now directly request for ad-hoc items through our work management system which automatically generates and assigns the cost under each member's account. The operations team can review all the requests at the end of each month to consolidate the additional costs to the member’s invoice, taking into account set privileges and conditions that the member have been granted. With each transaction recorded on the system, expense disputes are effectively eliminated while also providing management with insights into the overall consumption of its members to better forecast future inventory requirements.

Stay Connected despite the pandemic - introducing our AssetBozz's Friday Fireside Chat
With the pandemic reaching its peak over the past month, most Hongkongers have opted to work from home to reduce the risk of infection; the AssetBozz team is no different. To emphasise the importance of staying connected and inspired during limited face time with each other, we have introduced a "Friday Fireside Chat" where we invite esteemed guests from different industries to share their expertise with the team on a Friday afternoon.
